After being starved and left for dead in a cage inside an abuser's home, Karma was rescued and received months of intensive medical care before she was able to gain weight and regrow her hair.

Karma was adopted after spending almost 3 months at ACVH and now sleeps on the couch with a full belly and a lot of love.

Team member Katelynn Grissum released this bald eagle after it was treated and healed from an injury.
Bradley the German Shepherd
Abandoned--broken leg
Bradley had surgery to repair a broken leg after he had been found in the road following a tornado. He was very ill, emaciated and covered in ticks. After a few plates in his leg and a long recovery, he was adopted into a great home.
